Delivery + Shipping

I ship worldwide and offer the following shipping & insurance:

UK | £10

INTERNATIONAL | £25

*Larger artworks/orders may incur additional charges (you will be notified of this before your order is processed).

*International Delivery: Please note that International deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at destination country and are to be paid by the recipient.

*Framed and Original artworks require a shipping fee (unless stated otherwise). Please get in touch to discuss prior to purchasing.

Smaller works are sent via Royal Mail, First Class signed for. Larger/multiple works are sent tracked via courier.

Prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper or cellophane and shipped flat or rolled with protective packaging. For insurance reasons, please open the artwork as soon as you receive it.

Once your order has been dispatched, where possible you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery time
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

For readily framed prints listed on my online store, the above delivery time applies. For orders where framing is required, additional delivery time may be required due to framers' lead times.

Returns

Please contact me with your order number/proof of purchase at mail@sherrieleighjones.com if you wish to process a return.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing the artwork is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Artworks not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to my error are not eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item and are advised to use a tracked shipping service. I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned artwork whilst in transit and do not guarantee that your returned item will be received.

Shipping return costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are not currently accepted.

DISPLAY

Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible; however, different devices display colour differently and may therefore vary. Payment will confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of this.

Do you offer framing?
I am happy to help with framing or offer advice on framing options. If you would like to have your print framed, please get in touch.

For orders where framing is required, additional delivery time may be required due to framers' lead times and will be discussed and confirmed on an individual basis.

A selection of prints are available readily framed here.

Are there any care instructions for looking after my artwork?
I advise hanging and displaying artwork out of direct sunlight to avoid fading. Frame with Museum Glass/UV protected glazing and anti-reflective glass where possible.

If you receive your print rolled, please unroll and flatten as soon as possible.

Can I commission artwork?
Yes, if you would like to commission a unique landscape art print, please get in touch to discuss ideas.
